WWDC passes uneventfully
The rumors flew in the days leading up to the World Wide Developer's conference's opening yesterday. There were the usual crazy predictions of what Steve Jobs would announce in his keynote speech--the widescreen iPod video, the iPhone--but in the end it was pretty quiet.
There were some interesting announcements in the Macintosh computer sphere, but not much going on in the iPod category.
There is one news item of note from recent days however: the iTunes Music Store is offering TBS Inc. programming, including "CNN Presents" and "Johnny Bravo". (At least it's something.)
