Apple Cuts iPod Prices in Canada

As a result of fluctuating currency exchange rates, Apple has reduced prices of some iPods in the Canadian online Apple store by CAD$30-$40. The 30GB iPod is now $349 ($30 less than before; the U2 version is $379), and the 60GB version is $459, a $40 drop. nanos and shuffles remain unchanged.

If you've purchased one of these iPods within the last 10 days at the higher price, Apple offers price protection.

Coming soon: 8GB nano?

DigiTimes reported today that Apple's recent increases in memory is a sign of a larger capacity iPod nano.

Sounds good to me. FreeiPodWife is thinking about getting a nano. Maybe soon!
